  • How many apartments are there at Ashton Place?

    Ashton has one and two bedroom living options with 79 total apartments. Our common areas are in the center of the building so that our residents’ living spaces are quiet and serine!

  • Can I see the facilities?

    Tours can be given any day of the week, but appointments are suggested to allow for full attention to be given to your inquiry.

  • What makes Ashton Place a great place to live?

    We know it is our full schedule of events and activities for every interest – and also our delicious cuisine and family atmosphere!

  • What is Clifton Springs like?

    Clifton Springs is a quaint village with a rich history. There are fantastic shops, restaurants and people. Another great asset to village is the Clifton Springs Hospital. Clifton Springs Hospital is well known for their friendly, caring and highly accredited doctors and staff. Our transportation services make getting to and from appointments a breeze!

  • What is one thing that sets Ashton Place apart from other communities?

    One of the many things that sets Ashton Place apart is our ability to adapt to our residents’ needs. As residents require access to more of the services we offer, they can easily change their living program without having to move. We can also provide different living programs to residents within the same apartment, keeping couples with different needs together!

  • What does it mean to be a licensed senior living community?

    Ashton Place has had an Enriched Living License since 2007. Our license is granted and monitored by the NYS Department of Health. Having this license means that we can manage care plans, medication, and day-to-day activities for residents on this program. This helps our residents live safely and independently in our community and provides peace of mind to family members.

  • What financial resources do you accept at Ashton Place?

    Ashton Place is a private pay community, but residents on our Enriched Living Program may be eligible for benefits through the VA Aid and Attendance Program. Residents may also be able to use their long term care insurance benefits.
